about me
I am an FWO post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Linguistics (English Studies), Ghent University. My project is to investigate some unattended properties of jussive clauses in Korean, including syntax-pragmatics interface, semantics-pragmatics interface, negation, and coordination.
I recently graduated from the Department of Linguistics at the University of Arizona. My dissertation investigates pronoun-noun constructions focusing mostly on Modern Greek and English. I pursue the hypothesis that pronoun-noun constructions and demonstrative-noun constructions form a natural class by presenting new evidence from syntax and semantics.
